While growing up, my husband’s sister generously made him this Raspberry Jello Pie most years for his birthday. Now that we’re married, she kindly gave me this recipe so I could carry on that tradition. I admit she is a much better baker than I will ever be, but rightfully so, because she recently opened up her own baking business! Isabelle Grace Cakes 🙂
With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, this pie is the perfect way to express your love!

Raspberry Jello Pie
This NO BAKE pie is a favorite dessert in our household! My sister-in-law's Raspberry Jello Pie recipe is delicious with no fuss! With minimal ingredients and dishes, this pie is perfect for any baker.
Ingredients
- 1 small box Raspberry Jello mix
- 1 package Fresh Raspberries
- 1 container Cool Whip Thawed
- 1 large package Graham Cracker Pie Crust
Instructions
- In a large bowl, prepare the Jello following the speed set method on the back of the box.
- Then, let it sit in the fridge until it is almost completely set but still a little loose.
- Don’t allow it to set fully, or Jello bits will be in the pie. If it doesn’t set at all, that is OK because the pie will still work.
- Next, blend in cool whip and gently mix in washed raspberries.
- Once combined, pour into crust and let set in the fridge overnight.
- Optional: Top cool whip and raspberries.
My favorite!!!! I’d eat it weekly if I could 🙂
